“Oh my God!!” Was the silent fumble from my mouth with my facial expressions hidden underneath as I looked across the screen of my laptop .I was half way through the movie “Schindler’s List ” . One of the most vicious dictatorships carried out by Nazis upon the Jews, I felt a moment of insecurity around me for an instance when the Nazi soldiers were ordered to forcefully vacant the homes of glorified Jews and throw them on streets. They executed them with a bullet in their head, raped women and hurt children at their own will and entertainment. It was a life made hell for them. They were snatched of all riches and were thrown to live into the abandoned room also dwelt by dozens of other Jews at one place. They were enforced slavery and all that they had to do was perspire blood all the day in factory and if they didn’t as per their expectations they were assassinated. Shruthi Iyer is the guest blogger today . Its her article . She is studying pharma and loves to sing . She can be reached at shruthi2612@yahoo.co.in It was the night before our management exam . In a moment of pure brilliance Malavika said that night, “A part of our population i...
Are you a jerk photographer…? Do you move around clicking photos without enjoying the moment? Me and my friend came across a huge lion when we were travelling in a wildlife park.. Guess what he did first as soon as someone shouted from the rear of the jeep that “ A Lion!” He unstrapped out his expensive camera and begin to hunt it through lens! When we could see the animal, in a blink of eye he recorded until he was gone completely and then returned back to the world… same happened when we came across a beautiful ghat which didn’t last much.. But he was into video shooting.. Why shoot with lens when you could shoot it with your own god-gifted eyes?? I don’t understand the purpose … Think about this.. Would you video shoot the entire roller coaster ride or just enjoy it without any artificial accessory with your both hands up? Or see a dolphin show in the same way?! DONT YOU WANNA ENJOY IT? Before the age of digital photographs film photography was so much cheri...
