From ORKUT to FACEBOOK to DISASTER

When some people get used to certain things they change things or may be become lazier and short cut it. Let me tell you what I mean.  When orkut existed we had to send scraps and all we had to do is to send scraps to each other and continuously refresh the page to check if the beautiful classmate has responded. When she would respond we would read it thousands of time and again, refresh the page after giving a big nice grammatically correct reply! The conversation went on and on. When photos would be uploaded it would be a “ wow ” thing and you would thank the technology thousands of time and commenting would meant equal to hanging out with friends.  I remember those days in early 2000s when my cousin had internet connection and I didn’t even own a computer. I would constantly wonder how amazing it would be to be on it. My school friends didn’t stop talking about it, and I didn’t stop wondering about it.
