Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow


This is about how life changes so fast that we have to count the years of life with respect to days and so jot down in this poem.Take a read as you will recognize your own phase of life and until you could think about it, it will be tomorrow already !


DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY!

As I opened my eyes at the zero day,

Surrounded myself with the smiles everyone lay,

This was the day when I was born,

Curling my body just like a fawn...


YESTERDAY!

For the first time I did hold the bag,

Ready for the school but mom had to drag...

Red by cheeks and wet by tears,

Stubborn by heart but full of fears…

Anywhere I didn’t want to go,

New faces everywhere they looked as my foe...


TODAY!

Starting the bike and kicking the pedal,

Time pass to do and sitting only idle..

Lectures and practicals ,who did care,

Girls and facebook we all had to stare.

Enjoy and fun, adventures whatsoever come..

College life is what, misuse of freedom,

TOMORROW!

Twenty four hours still very less..

So much I had to still clean this mess,

Working like a donkey running behind money,

What I thought of!! what life became,

I found very funny..

Then the boss cried I had to go back to work…

Slowly slowly was turning in to dork !



DAY AFTER TOMORROW!

I rested as my stick, became my son,

With weak legs shivering I knew it was my turn,

When came yesterday when came today,

All my life remained was all my fray,

I didn’t knew it was tomorrow now..

My heart stroke beat up high in the sky,

For the last time I knew I had to bid bye,

Stopped my heart and gave away my muscles,

I had lived my life after a life time hassle,

For the last time in life saw a bright spark,

for I could see only everywhere dark..

The opposites

I had a friend whom I seem to meet almost regularly during travel to college. I would alight Karjat and he would travel to Lonavla. With this same thing happening over almost a year, we had grown into close friends. At first we used to talk about the weather and how most of the pune crowd is egoistic during travel, who wouldn’t lend their seat to us despite their spine aching from rubbing their butt against the seats. What I felt good about him was that he was always smiling and seemed to carry off his burden of hectic schedule with humor. Travel-ling into the future is always a dream of every human being. What’s there in store for me in future? is a question. Well, I have been thinking about it throughout. If tomorrow was your birthday and you can’t wait for the sluggish hours in between you just have to do as I say. And in a blink you will be into the future. This method will apply only in short bursts and remember you can’t return back even if you wish to. So, carefully implement this method because there will be no turning back and lost is lost.But promise is you will be transported into the future within a blink.
